1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of and access to thespetz.com (the "Site"), operated by S.P-E.com Ltd, trading as The Spetz ("The Spetz", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Spetz is an eCommerce UX, CRO, and Agentic Commerce consultancy led by Lihi Lothan. The content on this Site, including service descriptions, blog links, and general commentary, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute a service agreement, a professional recommendation for your specific business, or a substitute for a direct engagement with The Spetz.

Any actual consulting, audit, or advisory work is governed by a separate signed proposal or agreement between The Spetz and the client, not by these Terms. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement takes priority.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Scrape, copy, or systematically extract content from the Site for commercial redistribution
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Use the Site to transmit anything harmful, including malware or unsolicited advertising
  • Frame or embed the Site within another website without our written permission

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, service descriptions, the terms "Agentic Legible" and any other original terminology coined by Lihi Lothan, graphics, and the overall design, is the property of The Spetz unless otherwise credited, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may view and share pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, modify, or republish substantial content from the Site without our prior written permission.

Client and partner names or logos shown on the Site are used to describe past or ongoing working relationships and remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party platforms, including Dee2See, Medium, LinkedIn, and Instagram. These links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply endorsement of that site's content in either direction.

6. Contact Form Submissions

If you submit information through the contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. We will use your submission to respond to your inquiry, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either party until a separate agreement is signed.

7. No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, we do not guarantee that the Site is free of errors, that it is uninterrupted, or that any general information on it applies to your specific business or circumstances. Any results referenced in relation to past work reflect that specific engagement and are not a guarantee of similar results for any other business.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Spetz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or business interruption, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any linked third-party site.

This limitation does not affect any liability arising under a separate signed service agreement, which is governed by its own terms.

9. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

10. Governing Law
